Detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support their growing team. This critical role ensures their financial operations run smoothly, allowing the creative team to focus on delivering excellence. QuickBooks Online and Shopify experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
Review and post bills, credit card transactions, expense reports, and process payments.
Accounts Receivable:
Post payments, maintain AR reports, and assist with collections.
Payroll:
Process payroll and ensure payroll tax compliance.
Financial Oversight:
Monitor cash flow, support budget forecasting, and prepare financial reports.
Document Management:
Organize digital and physical financial records.
Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot minor administrative or technical issues and resolve discrepancies proactively.
Qualifications:
Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience. Experience in small office administrative support. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Shopify .
