Accounting Assistant Position Available In Houston, Georgia

Job Description:

Nesco Resource is in search of an Accounting Assistant to joinour client’s team in Shelton, CT on a temp to hire basis. Lookingfor a motivated individual to support the accounting departmentwith a variety of accounting and administrative tasks. This is anentry level position ideal for a recent college grad or someonewith 1-2 years of financial experience.

Responsibilities include:

Accounts Receivable tasks including entering daily cash receipts,data entry, tracking and logging customer account information.

Support purchasing process including PO management, monitorinventory levels, vendor relations. Ensure financial data is cleanand accurately tracked. Additional tasks as dictated by the team.

Education and Experience:

A.S. degree preferred 1-2 years ofrelated experience in A/R preferred ERP experience; Epicorexperience a plus

Additional Information:

3 month temporaryassignment with possible extension 1st shift, Monday

• 5pm (1 hour lunch) Pay range: $22
