Accounts Receivable Clerk Fame Health Labs, LLC Cedartown, GA 30125 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal departments. Duties Process and record incoming payments accurately and efficiently. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and follow up accordingly. Communicate with clients regarding payment discrepancies or issues, negotiating payment plans when necessary. Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records. Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications related to accounts receivable. Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable metrics. Experience Previous experience in financial services or corporate accounting is preferred. Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and telemarketing techniques is a plus. Strong negotiation skills are essential for resolving payment issues effectively. Knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices is beneficial. Experience with account reconciliation processes is highly valued. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
