Part Time Bookkeeper 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Hephzibah, GA 30815 We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team in Hephzibah, Georgia. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to financial operations while working closely with leadership. The role requires expertise in bookkeeping and accounting processes, utilizing QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise.

Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. Conduct account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly. Assist with month-end close procedures, including preparing necessary reports and entries. Utilize QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise for accounting tasks and data management. Support payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments. Input and verify financial data to maintain up-to-date records. Collaborate with the fractional CFO to align financial practices with organizational goals. Provide training and guidance on financial processes as needed. Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting functions. Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and QuickBooks Online. Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. Familiarity with month-end close processes and payroll systems. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks. Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members. Ability to work on-site 1-2 days per week in Hephzibah, Georgia.
