Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Corp Accounting Coordinator for the Prepared Foods division supports finance and sales in the maintenance and analysis of key sales data, manages corporate pricing functions, and Trade Promotion contract administration duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Maintain pricing functions daily (i.e. pricing, promotions, commissions, rebates, etc.) in company ERP and in third party Trade Promotion Management system Partner with team members to resolve pricing issues in an efficient and timely manner Gather data, compile required weekly, monthly and variance reports communicating anomalies to the appropriate personnel Audit rebate and broker payments to ensure accurate payments, correct and report missing payments or errors to the appropriate personnel Reconcile co-packing invoices to ensure correct; communicate ant discrepancies/ issues to appropriate personnel Identify opportunities for improvement, develop and communicate a solution to leadership; lead or participate on team to implement Perform additional relevant duties (e.g. data entry, journal entries, etc.) as assigned Receive and process Co-Pack Invoices for payment. Track and apply short weight adjustments by invoice. Prepare daily Co-Pack production reconciliation. Utilize BOL’s to Create and Issue raw materials / finished goods.

CERTIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Minimum one (1) year relevant experience in office accounting within the food processing industry Basic accounting knowledge with attention to detail Knowledge of reporting system tools (e.g. GO Simple preferred) Excellent communication, both written and verbal, interpersonal and strong documentation skills and discipline for both technical and functional documentation Problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and effectively working either individually or in a team setting to complete assigned tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel applications Practice a high level of professionalism during discussions and meetings, understanding the sensitivity and confidently of information
