Description
AR Specialist:
Monday – Friday 7:00a – 4:30p
Responsible for processing payments from customers whether cash transactions or account payments
Positing payments accurately to accounts based on remittance advices
Answering iing calls to the accounting department
Invoicing orders throughout the day from shipping and front counter
MS Office software experience preferred
Professional appearance andmunication
Able to appropriately manage time efficiently toplete tasks needed daily
Answers directly topany Controller
Starting pay = $20/hr based on experience with 90-day review for move to salary
1 week vacation at 1 year anniversary of service
Additional benefits if moved to salary
Medical, Dental, and Life insurance benefits available after 90 days
401K participation after 1 year of service
