Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Payable Administrator located in Baton Rouge, LA. The Accounts Payable Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable function, including processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and ensuring accurate and timely payment processing. The role involves maintaining and updating financial records, reconciling accounts, and resolving discrepancies. Additionally, the Accounts Payable Administrator will prepare financial reports and work closely with other departments to ensure overall financial accuracy and compliance. Qualifications Proficient in Accounting and Finance principles Strong Analytical Skills and ability to resolve discrepancies Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in Account Reconciliation Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience with accounting software and ERP systems Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
