In this role, you will assist our AP Lead in managing our accounts payable processes and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. Your contributions will directly support our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist with data entry tasks related to vendor invoices and payments. Maintain organized records of all accounts payable documents. Assist front desk as directed by managementto answer calls or help customers Requirements Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role is preferred. Strong understanding of general ledger accounting principles. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
