Full-time | Hourly | Non-Exempt Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking to grow your accounting career in a fast-paced, team-focused environment? Capitol City Produce is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist I to join our three-person AP team!

What You’ll Do:

Process high volumes of invoices and purchasing documentation Match purchase orders, manage vendor inquiries, and ensure timely payments Maintain accurate records and assist with check runs Respond to emails and phone calls from vendors and internal stakeholders Perform administrative and data entry tasks to support the AP department ✅

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent required Experience with Google Suite & Microsoft Office (strongly preferred) High-volume data entry experience (strongly preferred) Must be able to touch type (type without looking at the keyboard) Prior accounting experience is a strong plus Strong attention to detail and time management
