Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper for our client long-term contract basis. This role is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and requires someone who thrives in managing comprehensive bookkeeping responsibilities. If you excel in financial reporting, budgeting, and maintaining precise records, this position offers a dynamic and fulfilling opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including cash flow statements and annual budgets.
- Utilize accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate financial data.
- Oversee payroll processing and related tasks, ensuring compliance with ADP financial services.
- Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to maintain accurate records.
- Assist in developing and monitoring cash flow analysis to support business decisions.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and reporting systems.
- Prepare documentation for audits and provide support during the auditing process. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions.
- Familiarity with ADP financial services and payroll processing.
- Ability to prepare detailed financial reports, budgets, and cash flow analyses.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
