Requirements:
2+ years of accounts payable experience
Strong understanding of three-way matching and AP best practices
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.
High attention to detail
Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:
Perform full-cycle accounts payable tasks.
Verify the accuracy of vendor invoices.
Resolve discrepancies found.
Enter invoices into the accounting system.
Prepare payment batches.
Communicate with vendors and other internal departments to ensure accurate and timely payments.
Support month-end close activities.
Maintain accurate documents.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
Other related duties as assigned.
