What You’ll Do:
As an Accounts Payable Representative , you’ll be an essential part of our Accounting team, ensuring vendor invoices and payments are processed accurately and efficiently. Your role will support a smooth financial operation across multiple locations and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process and code a high volume of vendor invoices Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies Assist with weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers Support month-end close activities related to AP Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal teams regarding payments Work cross-functionally with procurement and other departments Provide general administrative support to the Accounting team
What We’re Looking For:
1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience Familiarity with Intacct and Bill.com a plus Intermediate Excel skills Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work independently Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Experience working in a multi-entity or multi-location environment
Education:
