Description:
Jr. Accountant •Temporary• JR. Accountant needed. Position is estimated for 3 months in duration. Broussard, LA $16-$22/hr
DOE Key Responsibilities:
Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
Support the accounting team in a collaborative environment
Help prepare balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries
Support with month-end close tasks to meet deadlines
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
Strong Knowledge of accounting principles
Superior level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organization
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or enrolled and is at the Junior or Senior level in an Accounting Curriculum.
Additional Information:
Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background and drug screen
