Schedule:

8am•5pm, Monday•Friday As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for handling all incoming mail and emails to the AP inbox, ensuring quick distribution and review. You’ll audit and authorize all invoices processed by the AP team, verifying accuracy, compliance, and payment eligibility. You’ll manage open transactions as part of the month-end close, resolve issues from vendors and internal parties, and maintain a deep understanding of vendors, processes, and projects within the department. Additionally, you’ll reconcile vendor statements and accounts, identify errors, and work with the AP team to resolve discrepancies. This role also involves credit card reconciliation, supporting the Accounts Payable Manager, and assisting with various accounting and clerical tasks as needed.
