Schedule:

Office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday We are seeking an experienced, motivated, detail-oriented Bookkeeper , for our client in Broussard, LA (this is an on-site role).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts Payable, including invoice processing and payment entries Accounts Receivable by performing bank deposit runs, recording deposits in accounting software, and managing accounts receivable documentation Payroll processing (bi-weekly), and maintaining payroll records Perform other duties as assigned by the accounting team to support department goals

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, including A/R, A/P and payroll Minimum 5+ years of

QuickBooks SKILLS:
