Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Clerk will ensure timely payment for products and services by recording payments timely, resolving payment differences accurately and quickly and collecting outstanding and aged balances.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Process customer payments in a timely manner Proactively manage customer balance currency. Follow-up with customers on aging and delinquent accounts. Research and resolve payment discrepancies and deductions timely by communicating with customers and cross-functional partners Execute various processes, journals, and tasks as needed for end of period (EOP) and end of year (EOY) Other duties as assigned
