Accounts Payable Specialist – Pineville, LA
Pay:
$18-$20/hr (based on experience) |
Hours:
M-F 8am-5pm
Join a dynamic finance team! We’re looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Clerk to handle vendor payments, reconciliations, and proactive AP support. If you have 3+ years of AP experience and strong MS Excel skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Process payments, reconcile statements, and resolve discrepancies.
Manage utility expenses, vendor credit apps, and ACH transactions.
Assist with 1099 reconciliation and ad-hoc AP projects.
