Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Receivable Clerk to assist in the billing and collections process. This role is essential in ensuring timely payment from clients and supporting the financial health of the organization. Experience is a plus, but not required. Pay is dependent upon experience. This position is full-time, in-office, 8-4 Monday – Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and send customer invoices in a timely manner Monitor accounts for non-payment and delayed payments Follow up with customers via phone/email regarding outstanding invoices Apply customer payments accurately to the proper invoices Maintain accurate records of AR activity and communication Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies Work with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve disputes
