Minden, LA 71055 Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Minden is accepting applications for a Pricing and Accounts Receivable Specialist Successful candidates will possess the following:

• 3-5 years of general accounting experience
• 3-5 years of office experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Proficiency using web browsers and online apps
• The ability to take direction

• The ability to learn new skills The primary pricing role involves receiving date-sensitive pricing communications from our business partners, verifying that information, and then making sure that the correct information is entered in several other systems, some running at our office and others via the internet.

The AR role is responsible for all Accounts Receivable including recording payments received each day and contacting customers regarding discrepancies between their payments and the invoice being paid. Semi-monthly issuance of AR statements is also done by this position. Other job functions include assisting with answering phones; assisting walk-in customers; and, other duties as needed or required. Cross-training with the accounts payable, route settlement, and human resources positions will also be necessary in order to fulfill duties when others are out of the office.
