Accounts Payable Specialist Roessel Joy Taunton, MA 02780 Position Summary The Accounts Payable Clerk will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, check runs, and AP reporting. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment. This role reports directly to the CFO and will work closely with a tight-knit accounting team. Key Responsibilities Full-cycle accounts payable processing Data entry into accounting portals and systems Preparation and execution of weekly check runs AP reporting and general support for the accounting team Filing and records management Collaborate with existing AP Specialist to maintain smooth workflow Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in a full-cycle AP role Familiarity with SAGE or similar accounting software strongly preferred Ability to manage and prioritize workload independently Strong attention to detail and accuracy Professional demeanor with a calm and cooperative working style Availability to start immediately preferred AFTP123
