Senior Accounts Payable Administrator Position Available In Essex, Massachusetts

Job Summary Under general supervision of the Accounts Payable Manager, the Senior Accounts Payable Administrator performs accounts payable functions such as; vouchering AP invoices with two-way and three-way matching with purchase orders using Esker, our third-party invoice processing software and SAP S4 Hana. Job Description

• Prepare weekly invoice allocation files. 
• Work with vendors and internal teams to track and resolve issues including price or quantity discrepancies. 
• Perform weekly audit accuracy of vendor master file changes through Simple MDG. 
• Assist in preparation of wire packets, applying payments on manual checks and rotation of processing of weekly check runs. 
• Assist with management of third-party payment software CorPay including resolving outstanding payments. 
• Process Concur expense reports weekly, including confirming coding accuracy. 
• Perform month-end duties such as but not limited to monthly accruals, reclass Journal Entries, reconciliations and reporting. 
• Become a super user for all related software, assist with training and act as a liaison between internal teams for support. 
• Provide support during quarterly and annual audits. 
• Assist in preparation of 1099 files. 
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Education / Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of AP experience preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Ability to problem solve and communicate issues effectively.
• Take direction well from all levels of Management.
• Experience with third party payment software and invoice processing a plus.
• SAP experience required, preferably S4 Hana.
• General accounting knowledge.

$54,000 – $75,000 Please note: This range is based on our current market driven pay structures. Individual salaries are determined based upon a variety of factors including but not limited to, a candidates overall qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience as well as company internal equity.
