We are seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist who can work in a dynamic environment, is self-starter and has experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable team. This is a key component in Working Capital Management and has visibility to all levels of management. We are looking for an exceptional Accounts Payable Specialist who can… Manage assigned group of vendors in the day-to-day accounts payable process to ensure timely processing of invoices through accounts payable cycle. Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and get invoices cleared for payment Develop close working relationship with internal buyers and external vendors Identify and prepare month end accrual entries Identify and resolve aged PO receipts and vendor invoices Actively work to move vendors from manual payments and checks to ACH Prepare and submit weekly payment proposals Identify opportunities for development and implementation of new tools and platforms to meet the needs of our ever-changing business model Assist with internal and external audits Special projects, as required What will you bring to the team: Oracle experience is a must have Concur & Coupa are nice to have Excel skills should be intermediate Candidate will collaborate with Receiving teams and Purchasing Must have Oracle experience AP Manufacturing as well as Concur experience preferred Ability to work in a high-volume dynamic environment Proven track record of implementing process improvements Minimum 8 years’ work experience in Accounts Payable Well-developed analytic and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver assignments on time Ability to exhibit poise, composure and confidence when confronting stressful or high-pressure situations iSupplier knowledge desired Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Pre-employment drug and background check is required Please send resume to dbrown@nescorresource.com COM091 Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
