Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk (Entry-Level) Osgood Textiles is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support our office team. This is a part-time, entry-level role.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter invoices into our accounting system Transfer vendor payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies File and organize invoice and payment documentation Provide general support to the Accounting and Purchasing Team Other Office responsibilities as assigned.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Basic understanding of accounting principles (coursework or related experience a plus) Comfortable working with spreadsheets and accounting software Professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information A positive attitude and willingness to learn
