In this role, you will play a key part in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and accurately to a high volume of customer service inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction. Process quotations by researching historical pricing and collaborating with product line managers. Manage order-related tasks, including new orders, returns, sample requests, credits, and debits. Update and maintain backlog records to align with customer requirements and handle expedite requests. Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary. Coordinate with multiple departments to troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently. Apply sound judgment to determine appropriate actions within established procedures. Foster strong relationships and build trust with both internal teams and external controls Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related role. Proficiency in account reconciliation, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR). Experience with billing, data entry, and invoice processing. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively. Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
