Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable Clerk

Church Street, Winchester, MA 01890 OUR COMPANY We are a manufacturing company seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with production scheduling. This role requires strong clerical skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Accounts Payable Management Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely Review and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance Maintain organized records of all accounts payable documents Assist with month-end closing activities Vendor Relations Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries Resolve discrepancies and payment issues Collaborate with departments to resolve invoice issues Technology & Administration Utilize for financial transaction management Assist with project scheduling Perform general office duties including filing and data entry Calendar management as needed Qualifications Required Qualifications Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, BILL.COM and other vendor software like , and CRM.
