QuickBooks and Excel Key Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payments, and collections
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
- Prepare and manage financial reports, spreadsheets, and tracking tools in Excel
- Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payments
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Bookkeeping
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information Principals only.
