Medical, dental, vision Sterling Engineering is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support a growing corporate finance team within a multi-entity manufacturing organization. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the intent to convert after six months, offering a hybrid work schedule (2 days remote) if based in either Plymouth, MN or Pittsburgh, PA.

Job Duties :

Manage accounts receivable for multiple business entities under the corporate umbrella Process high-volume invoicing (please include invoice volume experience when applying) Perform account reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and timely collections Support month-end close processes, with flexibility for extended hours as needed Use ERP systems including Tribute and P21 (company is transitioning more toward P21) Provide AR reporting and status updates to the Controller Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Qualifications :

Prior experience handling AR for multiple entities within a corporate structure Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle high-volume invoicing efficiently Experience with ERP systems (Tribute and / or P21 preferred) Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (if based in Plymouth or Pittsburgh) Must not have a banking-only background Excellent communication and follow-up skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
