Job Description

Accounts Payable Coordinator, Corporate Office Alliance Health & Human Services 144 Turnpike Road, Southborough, MA 01772 Accounts Payable Coordinator – Corporate Office Looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our AP team, in our Southborough corporate office. You will manage Accounts Payable for several of our skilled nursing facilities, to include invoice collection and review, data entry, and vendor management, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and payments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, and excellent attention to detail. The Alliance Corporate AP team is a collaborative group, following a regular monthly schedule in a process-driven environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Review, verify, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with company policies. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Prepare and process check runs, working with the CFO to review/approve selections. Develop and maintain good working relationships with your facilities. Communicate with Corporate Accounting department at month end closing (accruals, etc.) Maintain organized online and hard-copy files of AP invoices and payments.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. 3+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL (“Solomon”) preferred. Familiarity with Positive Pay is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment a plus. •Please note only local candidates are being considered and must reside within a reasonable driving distance to Southborough, MA.•
