Key Responsibilities:
- •Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions“`{=html}

- >“•Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies“`{=html}

- >“•Maintain AP ledgers and assist in vendor account reconciliation“`{=html}

- >“•Prepare expense reports and monitor vendor discounts“`{=html}

- >“•Organize and file financial records in compliance with company policies“`{=html}
<
- >“•Manage petty cash and incoming deposits“`{=html}
<
- >“•Assist with invoice coding for projects and expense tracking“`{=html}

- >“•Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care•
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience“`{=html}<
- >“•Associates Degree in Accounting or Business (preferred)“`{=html}

- >“•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (intermediateadvanced level)“`{=html}

- >“•Comfortable using or learning systems such as NetSuite, Avid, RMS, and POS systems“`{=html}

- >“•Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management“`{=html}
