We are searching for an

• Onsite Customer Service Specialist with AR/AP skills
• . We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced professional to join our team in a dual role supporting both
• customer service and basic accounting functions
• . You will be working onsite in Mechanic Falls, Maine.

• Position Summary:

• This full-time position is split evenly between two key responsibilities: +

• Customer Service:

• handling incoming calls and emails, entering documents, and supporting general office communication. +
• Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR/AP):
• processing invoices, managing payments, and reconciling accounts.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service
• + Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly + Enter and manage customer orders and documentation + Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed
• AR/AP
• + Process vendor invoices + Reconcile statements and maintain accurate financial records + Support month-end closing and reporting + Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payment issues

• Qualifications:

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and AR/AP + Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with accounting software preferred + Strong organizational and communication skills + Ability to work independently and manage time across two functional areas + Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• Schedule:

• + Monday through Friday, full-time (40 hours/week) + Daytime hours only
