• Assist with bank reconciliations to ensure proper alignment of accounts.
• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain and update financial data.
• Support auditing processes by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with the HR team to handle basic payroll functions and related tasks.
• Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Contribute to improving processes within the ERP system for enhanced efficiency. Requirements
• Proficiency with accounting software systems and ERP platforms.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and bank reconciliations.
• Familiarity with ADP and payroll-related tasks.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Solid understanding of basic auditing principles and compliance standards.
