Accounting Specialist:

+ Maintains employee information in company’s computer payroll system. + Maintains current resident census and charge information company’s company system. Review purchase invoices, allocate to the appropriate general ledger account and resolve internal and external payment inquiries and complaints. + Processes payroll direct deposits and submits payroll tax payments to appropriate federal and state authorities. + Perform data entry, system batch reports, month end closing and financial audits to review for accuracy. + Retrieve, file, organize and archive financial records according to policies and procedures. + Provide clerical support for the department. This is a Monday-Friday position with 40 hours per week.
