- Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing auction invoices, recording payments, reconciling cash receipts and reconciling online auction invoicing activity.
- Responsibilities
- Perform data entry
- Prepare auction invoices
- Reconcile cash receipts and online auction invoicing
- Manage Accounts Receivable Collections
- Other bookkeeping activities as assigned
- Requirements
- Proficiency in accounting principles
- Experience with Quickbooks or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of debits and credits
- Ability to perform account reconciliation accurately
- Familiarity with general ledger reconciliation
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
