Accounting Specialist York Housing York, ME Accounting Specialist Looking for a rewarding employment opportunity? York Housing is looking to hire an Accounting professional to join its team. Accounting degree and equivalent work experience preferred. This position is responsible for accurately processing daily, weekly, monthly and annual bookkeeping/accounting tasks in an efficient manner. Financial reporting of overall operations of properties is necessary, as the reports are used by management and Board of Directors. This position requires multi-tasking with an eye for detail. Must possess a positive and proactive attitude, displaying effective listening and communication skills. He or she must have problem solving skills, and display a high level of professionalism and integrity. Proficiency with MS Office, Word, and Excel is necessary. Knowledge of ResMan a plus.
