This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasons.
Responsibilities:
Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and approval.
Prepare and process payments (checks and electronic).
Research and resolve vendor discrepancies.
Assist with AP reporting and month-end closing.
Maintain vendor records and onboard new vendors.
Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and company policies.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (ERP experience a plus).
