The Ogunquit Collection — featuring the Norseman, Aspinquid, Seacastles, and Sparhawk Resorts — is looking for a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to help with accounts payable and general accounting support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and being part of a friendly, collaborative environment.

Properties:

The Norseman, The Aspinquid, Seacastles, and The Sparhawk Hours:

~20 hours/week (flexible), seasonal

What You’ll Do:

Assist with accounts payable processing : enter invoices, match receipts, verify approvals Prepare and process weekly check runs Maintain vendor files and ensure timely payments Help reconcile statements and respond to vendor inquiries Support other accounting tasks as needed (filing, data entry, scanning) Work closely with our accounting manager and hotel teams

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping (hospitality experience a plus!) Familiarity with accounting software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively A positive attitude and sense of humor — we work hard but keep it fun Why Work With Us?
