- Duties
- Accurately process invoices and payment requests with meticulous attention to detail.
Oversee accounts receivable operations, including billing and invoicing, to ensure timely payments. Remit payments promptly within accounts receivable. Conduct thorough bank and account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity. Prepare insightful monthly financial statements and reports that inform decision-making. Ensure all transactions are recorded precisely in every ledger. Support the office with various administrative tasks, contributing to overall efficiency.
- Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Bookkeeper, showcasing your proven expertise.
Proficiency in QuickBooks is highly preferred, allowing you to navigate their system with ease. Demonstrated skills in general ledger reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and account reconciliation. Strong analytical abilities to perform effective account analysis. Excellent Excel skills that empower you to manipulate and interpret data efficiently. A keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational talents to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Ability to work independently, exhibiting strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation.

$60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
