We are seeking an Office Administrator/Bookkeeper with strong customer service skills, a high level of attention to detail, and a motivated, team-first mindset to support our growing team. This role plays a vital part in keeping our office operations running smoothly and supporting our financial processes. The ideal candidate will be proficient with SAGE accounting software and have excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accurate financial records using SAGE accounting software
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and invoicing
- Manage project numbers from start to finish
- Invoice and cost analysis of finished jobs
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Support HR with employee onboarding and documentation
- Assist HR with payroll timekeeping
- Handle general office administration duties such as answering phones, filing and ordering supplies
- First point of contact for customers/vendors/drivers and direct them to correct member
- Assist with scheduling and customer communication as needed
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs
- May be required to perform other duties as assignedQualifications
- Proficiency in SAGE accounting software preferred
- Experience with bookkeeping and office administration
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer
- Experience in a manufacturing and metal fabrication environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of Metal (steel, stainless steel, aluminum) preferred
