Job Description
Accounting Coordinator Key Responsibilities Accurately process a high volume of leasing-related invoices and reconciliations in a timely manner. Manage monthly rent payments for leased café locations. Calculate and record journal entries for real estate tax and common area maintenance (CAM) accruals. Perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support internal and external audits by gathering and organizing required documentation related to assets and internal controls. Execute lease accounting subledger procedures during period-end close. Collaborate with bakery-cafés, district managers, and support center accountants to ensure accurate lease accounting and expenditure reporting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting major preferred. 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred, ideally in a high-volume environment. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make sound decisions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level). Self-motivated and capable of working independently with evolving responsibilities. Demonstrated customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities. Experience Level Entry Level
