We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-orientedindividual to join our team as an Accounting Specialist. You will play acrucial role in maintaining the financial health of ourorganization, providing vital support to our finance team andensuring the accuracy of our financial records. Responsibilities:

As an Accounting Specialist,your primary duties will include: 1. Managing accounts receivableand ensuring that all invoices are issued promptly and accurately.2. Utilizing QuickBooks to maintain financial records, processtransactions, and generate financial reports. 3. Assisting with thepreparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.4. Reconciling bank statements, verifying deposits, and addressingany discrepancies. 5. Conducting regular audits to ensure that allfinancial operations are compliant with industry regulations andcompany policies. 6. Collaborating with the finance team to improvefinancial processes and systems. 7. Using Excel to analyzefinancial data, create spreadsheets, and prepare reports. 8.Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries,and resolving any issues related to accounts receivable. 9.Assisting with other accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Accounting Specialist position willhave the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 2 years ofexperience in an accounting role, preferably in the constructionindustry. 2. Proficiency in QuickBooks and QuickBooks Desktop, withthe ability to quickly learn new software as needed. 3. Strongknowledge of accounts receivable and invoicing procedures. 4.Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability tocreate complex spreadsheets and perform advanced data analysis. 5.A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field ispreferred. 6. Exceptional attention to detail and a high level ofaccuracy in all work. 7. Strong organizational skills, with theability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.8. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with theability to effectively resolve issues and build positiverelationships with clients. 9.
