PAYABLE COORDINATOR – ST. LOUIS

The Adorers of the Blood of Christ (ASC), a community of Catholic women religious, are seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator, for 30 hours per week, at its St. Louis Region Office. The finalist must have exceptional Windows & Excel proficiency with required two years Accounts Payable experience, preferred SAGE IntAcct Accounts Payable experience; above average mathematical abilities; excellent skills in communication (verbal, written, interpersonal), organization, decision-making, critical thinking, and time-and-project management. The selected candidate will handle weekly accounts payable; will be the payroll-processing backup coordinator; manage credit cards processing, and serve as liaison for our Sisters’ government .
