Bookkeeper 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 209 Hickory St, Licking, MO 65542 We are looking for a Facility Bookkeeper with a working knowledge of basic accounting functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, banking, bank reconciliations, filing, ability to answer the telephone and other general office procedures. This position requires an aptitude for details, “numbers” and accounting. The Facility Bookkeeper must also possess “people” skills to be able to deal with a variety of individuals who will frequent the facility. The Facility Bookkeeper should have a working knowledge of computer applications including Excel. Responsibilities Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process Verify that transactions are recorded correctly as well as timely Bank deposits and reconciliations Answering telephone Collection calls Enter data & maintaining records Process account receivables, account payables, and handle payroll in a timely manner Skills Bookkeeping experience Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting receivable principles Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records Data entry skills along Hands-on experience with spreadsheets Proficiency in English and in MS Office Customer service High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
