• Import invoices and apply vendor payments. Maintain and update filing system
• Categorize transactions to proper accounts and reconcile bank statements
• Assist in monitoring and reconciling property management database to ensure tenant payments are received and applied
• Assist in monitoring and reconciling payments received from our storage facility
• Perform extensive data entry and prepare monthly, quarterly and year end close
• Analyze Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss for accurate financial data
• Assist with payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Oversee company procurement Requirements
• Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting or Business preferred
• 3+ years Experience with QuickBooks Online, Certified Quickbooks Proadvisor preferred
• Yardi experience a Plus
• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in construction industry
• Exceptional organization, analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to deal with changing priorities
• Aptitude for analyzing financial data and generating accurate reports in a timely manner
