ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK

Accounts Receivable Clerk //
Biloxi, MS Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Duties/Responsibilities:
Ability to generateprehensive owner billings and submitting them timely.
Knowledge of owner/contract requisites to ensure billingsply with owner requirements.
Collaboration with other personnel to ensure validity of all cost times.
Reconciliation of billings to job cost for accuracy andpleteness
Researching discrepancies to verify job costs.
Effectivelymunicating with all employees to ensure accuracy of cost allocation.
Assists Accounting Manager in reconciling revenue accounts each month.
Copies, files, and retrieves materials for accounts receivable as needed.
Relays changes of information to appropriate employees.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs. Excel is a plus.
Ability to operate related office equipment, such asputers, 10-key calculator, and copier.
Ability to work independently and in a challenging environment.
Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
Excellentanizational skills and diligence.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
At least two years of related experience required.
