About the Position This position in Accounts Payable will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail; making bank deposits; logging and assigning invoices in SharePoint; updating payment document information and payment status in SharePoint; and mailing checks to vendors. What you’ll need to be Successful A Successful applicant must be detail oriented and have experience working with spreadsheets. Must be able to abide by the MS State Personnel Board and MDOC rules, regulations, and procedures governing the agency.
