About the Position This position in Accounts Payable will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail; making bank deposits; logging and assigning invoices in SharePoint; updating payment document information and payment status in SharePoint; and mailing checks to vendors. Must be able to abide by the MS State Personnel Board and MDOC rules, regulations, and procedures governing the agency.
