Accounts Receivable Specialist
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team located in Clinton, Indiana. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to oversee customer accounts, manage cash transactions, and address any customer inquiries. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively process customer credit applications.
• Maintain accurate and current customer credit records.
• Address customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
• Monitor the status of customer accounts and take necessary actions.
• Carry out various accounting functions as required.
• Manage cash transactions in a secure and efficient manner.
• Utilize Microsoft Windows Vista and associated software for various tasks.
• Use Viewpoint Vista and Vistadb to manage customer data.
• Proficient in Accounting Functions, with a solid understanding of financial statements and general ledger functions.
• Demonstrable experience with Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, collection, and reporting.
• Familiarity with Billing Functions, including invoice creation, account reconciliation, and payment processing.
• Confident in handling Cash Activity, with experience in cash management and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Cash Handling, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in processing transactions.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Windows Vista operating system, with the ability to navigate and utilize its features effectively.
• Experience with Viewpoint Vista software, including its functions related to accounting and project management.
• Familiarity with Vistadb, with the ability to manage and manipulate data effectively.
• Proficient in Windows Vista, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve common issues.
