• Primary Duties:

• Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating, and entering data
• Complete payroll for hourly employees
• Enter/verify employee hours
• Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or benefits, such as job title changes, exemptions, and saving deductions
• Calculating payroll liabilities by determining employee taxes, including federal and state
• Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
• Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
• Preparing reports that include summaries of earnings, tax deductions, leave, and non-taxable wages
• Enter garnishments & respond to garnishment notices
• Calculate/verify incentive bonuses
• Process checks
• Processing and issuing W-2 forms to employees
• Reports to the Chief Financial Officer
• Performs other functions assigned by management, as needed.

• Educational Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in an accounting-related position
• Able to communicate and constructively work with cross-functional managers/supervisors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
