Job Description
- Greeting customers and responding to customer questions/requests/complaints
- Responsible to reconciling daily sales report, orientating/training all new front-end employees and open express lanes whenever necessary
- Be observant to security problems and supervise checkout and proper bagging of customer purchases
- Prevent loss of money & merchandise by insuring that cashiers remove items from bottom of cart, handle products carefully and complete price checks for items not-on-file
- Perform miscellaneous tasks assigned by supervisors and managers, substituting for absent workers and performing any additional tasks necessary to provide products and services to customers during peak periods of business.
