Job Description:
Vacuum Truck Rentals, LLC are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Richland, MS. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices and expense reports Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies Ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions Assist with month-end closing activities Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues
Skills and Qualifications:
